The next job hack comes from your dentist. Before your customer leaves the
building, reiterate the items that you
suggested from the menu, as well as the

for a later date, or allow the BDC to do

peace of mind that they don't have to
stress about the when, where and how

scheduling the next oil change interval
so that it's on everyone's books and everyone is comfortable and prepared.
The final job hack is to track your own
numbers. If you're going to work your
pay plan, you need to know how you
are doing in relation to the way the pay
plan is structured. You should be tracking your hours per repair order, dollars

per repair order, effective labor rate,
and even the productivity of your technicians. You should also proactively
track your CSI scores and stay in front
of any issues that need to be addressed.

career as well as empower the members of your team that are repairing and
maintaining the vehicles. The overall
satisfaction employees have with their
jobs, and their families have with them,
is directly proportional to the level of
stress and income they produce. You
truly have an opportunity to not only
make a great career, but also change
the lives of so many customers as you
guide them through their transportation needs and enjoyment.
