Red Line Synthetic Oil Supports Multiple Vehicles as They
Compete at the 97th Pikes
Peak International Hill Climb
Red Line Synthetic Oil, a leader in the performance lubricants industry, today announced that it will support three competitors throughout the 97th running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The vehicles include RealTime Racing's 2019 Acura TLX GT, BimmerWorld's
BMW M4 and Scott Birdsall's 1400 horsepower 1949 Ford F1 truck,
affectionately named Old Smokey. The company will provide products and technical expertise to the racers and their respective teams
before the event takes place on June 30, 2019.
The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is one of the most difficult
races in the world. Competitors require the highest level of performance from their equipment, including their oil. For this reason, three
competitors have chosen to run Red Line Synthetic Oil products. The
12.42-mile race features over 156 turns as competitors climb an incredible 4,720 feet of elevation, from 9,930 feet to 14,115 feet. Due to
the altitude, it is common for racers to lose as much as 30% of their
engine power before reaching the top due to the thinning air. In these
conditions selecting the correct lubricants is crucial and Red Line offers racers the protection and performance they need to conquer the
mountain.

Fisher Auto Parts Acquires BFCP
Fisher Auto Parts acquired Burlington Foreign Car Parts (BFCP), it
was announced today by Herb Godschalk, co-president of Fisher
Auto Parts.
BFCP operates nine locations, made up of six in Vermont, two in New

the acquisition and will continue to help grow the business.

Peter Cunningham and the RealTime Racing team are back at the
Pikes Peak International Hill Climb with their Acura TLX GT car this
year to defend their 2018 Pikes Peak Open Class title. Red Line Synthetic Oil has been a proud sponsor of RealTime Racing for 26 years
and supports the team's efforts in SRO America's Blancpain GT
Championship and the Pirelli World Challenge.

Mitchell 1 Adds Parts Lookup
Feature to ProDemand

"We're looking forward to running our RealTime Acura TLX at Pikes
Peak this year as we aim to defend our title," said Cunningham, Team
Owner of RealTime Racing. "We've been working with Red Line Synthetic Oil for over a quarter of a century and we're extremely happy
with their products. Races like Pikes Peak are extremely hard on the
cars and their motors so we take comfort in knowing that our oil offers us the maximum level protection possible."

Mitchell 1 has added the ability to search its ProDemand ® repair information software using an OEM part number, further expanding
the search functionality in the 1Search ™ Plus module of ProDemand.
Service writers and technicians now have the option to start a repair
information lookup beginning with a part number in addition to diagnostic code, component or symptom.

James Clay, President of BimmerWorld, has run Red Line products in
his vehicles for 22 years, so when it came time for BimmerWorld assemble their 2019 hill climb program, the fluid choice was an obvious
one. The team's car is a BMW M4, built by BMW Motorsport to GT4
specs and topped off with Red Line oil.
"This is our second year coming to the mountain after our first attempt in 2017 with our E92 M3. We were able to take our key learnings
from that car and apply them to the M4 you'll see this year," said Clay.
"When it came to choosing oil for this year's car, Red Line oil was the
obvious choice due to its ability to handle anything we can throw at it.
We've been running their products for years in our racing cars and it's
what we consistently recommend to our BimmerWorld customers."
In addition to RealTime Racing and BimmerWorld, Red Line will also
sponsor Scott Birdsall and his wild 1949 Ford F1 Truck, Old Smokey, as
he makes his second attempt at conquering the mountain. Last year,
the 1400 horsepower diesel powered truck ended up withdrawing
due to mechanical problems but Birdsall and his team have returned
this year with no intention of giving up. Filled with Red Line Synthetic
Oil lubricants and additives, the truck will take on the course in the
Exhibition Class.
"We are thrilled to support these drivers as they attack the mountain in what is one of the most difficult races in the world," said Michael Andrew, Director at Red Line Synthetic Oil. "When Red Line was
founded in 1979 our focus was to provide racers and enthusiasts with
the highest quality lubricants available. That's why we create synthetic oils and advanced additives using the world's finest base stocks
and additives so racers, enthusiasts and DIYers alike can rest assured
their vehicles are receiving only the highest quality fluids."

"The part number search feature is useful to many auto repair shops
and offers more flexibility to help technicians quickly find the repair
information they need," said Gary Hixson, marketing manager for
ProDemand, Mitchell 1. "It's always our goal to think the way auto professionals do and deliver features that help them increase efficiency
at every step of the repair process. The part number lookup gives
them a streamlined option when they need information specific to a
part."
In the search field, users now see a new option for part numbers. They
can type in the part number with or without the spaces and hyphens
and ProDemand will automatically detect and return results for the
correct part. In addition, the type-ahead feature is activated for the
search lookup, so technicians only need to enter few characters and
ProDemand will populate the entire part number.
Once the OEM part number is entered, 1Search Plus will return all information related to that part for the selected vehicle, allowing technicians to quickly complete the diagnosis and repair.
ProDemand provides complete OEM repair, estimating and maintenance information with exclusive real-world industry insights in a
single lookup. The 1Search Plus search engine returns information
in a user-friendly graphical "card"; layout aligned with a technician's
workflow. Key features include expert-based Real Fixes, ADAS quick
reference, smart color wiring diagrams, the latest TSBs, common repair procedures, Top 10 Repairs dashboard and integrated estimating
with the Mitchell 1 Manager™ SE shop management system.
