The opportunities this gives us is unlimited. For example, we have found new ways to address missed appointments. With missed appointments, our customers have already expressed that they have a need, and
for whatever the reason, it was no longer possible for
them to come in. We then reach out to them and offer
to schedule our mobile service or pick-up and delivery.
Missed appointments are only one area of opportunity
to serve our customers better. We have created a list of
things we do with the mobile truck, but we believe this
list could almost be endless. We visit all our surrounding dealerships and used car lots monthly to perform
VIN checks for recalls, some other services we offer are
on-site repairs and routine maintenance. We will travel
to a fleet company to perform a needed service, as we
do this, it almost eliminates the down time for their employee. Normally, the driver is being paid to travel back
and forth and sit in our waiting area while we service
