For Jeremy Deming, Parts Manager of Sewell Ford, this

Jeremy Deming, the Parts Manager of Sewell Ford has
always been a parts pro. But it wasn't until he started
selling online that he was able to flex his true selling
strength. " Our parts business caters to the fleet and
oil field side of the Automotive Industry, " says Jeremy.
" Earlier this year when oil prices plummeted, our fleet
business took a pretty big hit, " he continues. Luckily,
Jeremy had the forethought to diversify his Parts Department's revenue streams before the hit. " Selling online was the logical next step to help make up for that
revenue gap, " he added.  
Jeremy Makes A Name for Himself by Going Above
and Beyond for Parts & Accessory Customers
When you are as good as Jeremy Deming at making
customers feel valued, success is inevitable. Jeremy
largely attributes it to his radical approach to customer service. " We do a lot to take care of our customers - even to the extent to which it costs us money
sometimes. " While many would lurch at the idea of
sacrificing profit margins to satisfy customers, Jeremy
knows that is the way of the future. " We may lose a
few dollars now, but we get reimbursed later through
returning customers and word-of-mouth business, " he
says. " We trust our customers. If there is a problem we
can solve, we will take care of them. "
