THE CHALLENGES
One year ago, the pandemic had taken hold and service departments
across the country were wrestling with the new reality of
dealing with an invisible virus. However, with auto service being declared
an essential business, we all got to work and have developed
better processes that will benefit us well beyond the pandemic.
From safety protocols to protect your customers and your staff to
better consumer interfaces that make service visits touchless, we
have grown tremendously through the difficult and unprecedented
time. Now we face new challenges with shortages of parts as well
as labor, which we will tackle with the same vigor we demonstrated
a year ago.

your customers' digital with their in-person service offerings
