As Modern Infiniti of Winston was growing and getting
off the ground, it was a struggle for them to find and
hire staff as quickly as intended. Paired with the after
effects of the supply chain disruptions in the industry,
it seemed like the odds were against them to get this
location established. " We have large parts inventories
but that can only take you for so long without having
the supply come back in, " says Scott. " We have
an excellent team of parts managers. They've done an
excellent job navigating through that. "
While the Modern Automotive Network may be familiar
with RevolutionParts, this was new territory for Modern
Infiniti of Winston. Getting the dealership, along
with their new staff, up to speed on various eCommerce
tools was priority number one. " This is just the
way people are going to do business from here on, "
says Scott.
Having done over $800,000 in total revenue for this
location in its first year, Scott is confident that they
will continue to grow. " Our team is very dialed in, " says
Scott, " We literally only have two people to handle all
seven of those sites, and they understand the eCommerce
business. "
They have continued expansion goals that they hope
will maintain the momentum they have built at Modern
Infiniti of Winston. " We just launched a Mazda site, "
says Scott, " Infiniti has done some tremendous numbers
for us. It exceeded our expectations and we are
excited to see if we can't do the same with Mazda. "
