INDUSTRY UPDATE
I was recently on a panel with some of the best minds
in Fixed Operations and it was exciting to experience
their optimism for Fixed Ops business in the year
ahead. They base this on several factors including the
replenishing of new car inventories, the rising interest
rates, and the stabilization of the workforce. Fixed
Absorption is going to be a very real conversation with
dealer owners as revenue in other departments may
be tougher to achieve. Training employees and implementing
technology to gain efficiencies is going to be
top priority and we will work hard to bring you ideas
on how best to achieve these objectives.
Every year, the NADA Conference provides a huddle
for industry experts to get together, share ideas, and
present their best products. This is the one go to event
everyone should try to put on their schedule. I hope to
see you there.
