I have been in the automotive industry for over twenty years. I started as a porter, then moved into the parts department, followed by the Service Department. As a Service Advisor, I enjoyed providing the highest-level customer experience and being promoted to Service Manager. From there, I found Process training and practice are critical to deliver the consistent and exceptional experience your customers deserve and today's customers require.
